A Few of our Favourite Things…Flo's Summer of Food


Here are my top twenty food moments and cooking inspiration from my travels through Asia. Maybe I'll try out recipes of some of the below and post if successful...

16. Candied beans, fruit, ice and Chinese-style coulis, Kunming, China (£3)
17. Tapioca / sago with coconut jelly and segments, honey moon, Shanghai (£3)
18. Tapioca / sago pudding with black herbal jelly, as before
19. Cherry – shortbread - mint blamanche - yoghurt foam – pistachio masterpiece, Joel Robuchon (part of set menu)
20. Chocolate buffet, Sofitel Metropole Hotel, Le club, Hanoi (as part of cream tea £12?)
