Remote Philippines: Exploring Bohol

From Siquijor, it is very easy to get the ferry across to Bohol, famous for its chocolate hills and diving.

This island is much bigger than Siquijor and very beautiful. Although when we went the hills were green rather than chocolate brown because of the season.

There we had a fantastic time motorbiking around and finding the most magnificent views...

We stopped off for a tasty lunch at Bilar Market, finishing with a delicious deep fried banana.

We covered much of the island in a day but it was hard work, especially since the bike seats aren't that cushioned! 

But we were rewarded with a beautiful sunset along the coast, as the fishermen brought their boats back in...
